Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

Students are eligible for a full refund on Pre-License and Post-License courses only, only if they notify the school by contacting us by email at admin@novuseducation.org within 7 days from purchasing their course and have not advanced past chapter 1 (did not start chapter 2 lesson).  Students may contact our school by phone at 646.387.9824.  If a student is eligible for a refund, the School will refund your online course tuition payment in full. All continuing education courses and exam prep courses have a strict NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy once purchased. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
